Glass Act: Dark Mostly glass subjects displayed on a dark background
This style tends to emphasize the dramatic impact of glass. I also like it because of the option to separately light the background as in the ninth image, "Five Vessels."
For reflective tabletops, I usually use clear glass, black acrylic or a mirror. You might be surprised to learn that when the background is not lit separately, the lighting that I use can produce a dark background even if the material is white.
